Tell us a little bit about your hometown:
Although we're based in London, only Andy is actually from here. The rest of us moved here from various towns in the North but we think of London as our home town now. We all love it because it has so much going on, sometimes too many options! I don't know many people native to London, but everyone I speak to seems to have come for the same reasons - to see more gigs and have a better chance of getting involved in things, which is really easy here.
Which bands are you most looking forward to seeing at the CPH Popfest?
We're big fans of Cats on Fire, Northern Portrait and Liechtenstein, but I think we're really looking forward to seeing bands we haven't heard yet, and getting in a bit of dancing afterwards! Also it will just be really nice to catch up with friends we haven't seen for a while.
Top 3 things to do while in Copenhagen:
Last time I was in Copenhagen I wanted to visit Tivoli Gardens but it was closed, so that's one thing I'll definitely be doing this time! I'd also like to take a boat trip and see the city from a different angle, and of course spending as much time as possible at Popfest!

DIY-compilation.

For længe siden, i et land ikke langt fra vores, fandtes der en helt magisk pladeselskab som udgav de mest fantastiske plader. Selskabet hed Creation Records, og husede kunstnere som Primal Scream, Jesus & Mary Chain, Oasis, Field, House Of Love og My Bloody Valentine. Blandt dem var også et lille band, der lavede de fineste pophits, modtog stor ros fra kritikere og bandets navn var Razorcuts. Sådan begynder historien om Gregory Webster, og hans indflydelse på indie poppen, som vi kender den i dag, er utvivlsomt stor. I 2009 udgav Slumberland Records, sammen med, Where Its At Is Where You Are, hans første single siden 1995, med titlen "The Promised Land". Med ham på scenen til Popfesten er selveste Pam Berry (fra Black Tambourine og senest, The Pines) og Hannah Connelly (aka The Birthday Girl, der også spiller i Vatican Cellars). Vi lader vores begejstring skinne igennem og er meget stolte af at præsentere; Mr. Gregory Webster.
